For Students

How do I find a class near me?

Use the class search page or browse by state at /training. Filter by class type, date, or location.

How do I book a class?

Click 'Register' on any class page. You'll need to create an account, then complete checkout via Stripe.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact the instructor directly via email. Refund policies vary by instructor and are listed on each class page.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Some instructors require a liability waiver. If required, you'll be prompted to sign it during registration.

For Instructors

How do I list my first class?

Sign up as an instructor, complete your profile, then go to Instructor → Classes → New Class. Your class will be visible after publishing.

How does payment work?

Connect your Stripe account in Instructor → Payments. Students pay at registration and funds go directly to your Stripe account.

Can I set a seat limit?

Yes. When creating a class, set the seat limit. Students can't register once seats are full.

What is the free plan limit?

The free plan allows up to 2 active published classes. Upgrade to Pro or Academy for more.

Billing & Plans

Does TrainingOS take a cut of class fees?

No. You keep 100% of class revenue. TrainingOS charges only the flat monthly subscription.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime from account settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Safety & Compliance

Are instructors verified?

Instructors attest to their certifications during signup. We display stated credentials on instructor profiles.

What if I have a safety concern about a class?

Contact us immediately. We take safety concerns seriously and will investigate any reported issues.
