Terms of Service — TrainingOS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrainingOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

TrainingOS is a marketplace connecting firearms instructors with students seeking training courses. The Platform facilitates discovery, booking, and payment for classes — it does not directly provide instruction.

3. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors are solely responsible for the content, safety, legality, and delivery of their courses. Instructors must hold all required certifications and comply with applicable state and federal laws regarding firearms instruction.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students must comply with all prerequisites, safety rules, and requirements set by instructors. Students are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to participate in firearms training in their jurisdiction.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual instructors. TrainingOS does not retain a percentage of class fees; instructors receive payment directly through Stripe Connect.

6. Liability Limitation

TrainingOS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any class listed on the Platform. Participation in firearms training carries inherent risks that users accept by booking.

7. Account Termination

TrainingOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the safety of the community.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
